How do I qualify for free shipping for SwitchFlops? Anytime you order (2) tops or a set; being a sole and at least one top, you get free USPS Priority mail shipping with in the continental US. No rush shipment, or other provider shipping is available at no cost.

If I wear a half size, should I order up or down in my sole size? Our experience with SwitchFlops says round up. With a summer shoe, it's better to have extra perimeter not too little. The only consideration I can add to that is that if you have a super narrow foot, you may round down. As the size gets bigger, so does the top, and part of the comfort is feeling like your shoe will stay on your foot when you're walking.

Do the shoes come with a top? Every shoe comes with a cute top on them, in every case, as we have them pictured is the top that they will arrive with on. Any other tops you'd like are just $12 and there is a select group of Collector Tops that are $15.

Will my tops work on any shoe? Yes, as long as the next style you buy is the same size, your straps will work on any style from the flat to the wedges to the Kitten heel- enjoy!

If I am giving them as a gift, and I guess the wrong size- are they exchangeable? Yes, we're glad to make sure you get the right size. While they are not refundable, they are always exchangeable, here's how it works. The shoes need to be in perfect condition to be exchanged. Often, your shipping will be free, if you received free shipping, we ask that you return your set any way you like, at your expense. Using USPS Priority would be the easiest since you'll have the box the set arrived in. We will then send your replacement set with the shipping billed at cost. We're not in this business to make money on shipping, we're in this business to make sure you're happy with your great shoes.

You have a huge inventory, but what if what I need isn't in stock? We're great about keeping you informed about your order, you often get an email when we receive your order and when it ships. We'll share with you then if there's anything missing from your shipment. When we get our stock back in, we'll send you the missing piece, with free shipping.

I don't see the kids stock on your web site- do you offer them? Yes, we can get you anything SwitchFlop offers, at the same of less price and with free shipping when you meet our criteria. How do I clean my shoes? I clean my shoes a couple of ways, for the tops, I like to spray them in the sink with OxyClean©, go over them with a nail brush to loosen and grime, rinse and let them dry on a paper towel.

My order is showing shipping charges even though I met the free shipping requirements- what's up with that? I'm no web page wizard, so I havn't figured out how to have it show for orders that are under the requirement and not for orders that meet the requirements, so you'll have to have to trust me, I'll remove the shipping before billing. I love my SwitchFlops but summer won't last forever, have they considered doing a close toed shoe? Well you and Lindsay must be on the same wave length!
