Let me share with you some of the experience we've had with Reverse-A-Purse that maybe an answer to a question you've had.
How do I qualify for free shipping for Reverse-A-Purse? Currently, all Reverse-A-Purse are shipping free- regular ground for tops, Priority mail for bags and covers. No rush shipment is available.
What's the different about the wrap bags? The original bag styles show a scallop edge where the covers button onto the bags. The newly offered wrap bags have a leatherette skirt that covers the button scallops giving your bag a super clean look. When attaching your bag to the wrap style, wrap twice to give you a cleaner look, completely hiding the loops. This is only needed for the wrap style. Both styles are good, just choose your favorite look.
How do I decide which size bag to get? The medium bag is now called the Urban, it's the smallest of the bags, besides the ultra slip new Club bag. The Contemporary comes in three colors and is a lady like shape, leatherette double handles and is wide and shallow so you can find your items easily. The Large bag is called the Luxe now. It has wide double leatherette handles that go easily over your shoulder, the bag is roomy with great pockets inside. The last shape is the tote, it has adjustable web strap like the urban so you can go across the body. This is big enough for an over nite bag, diaper bag or computer bag.
Do the bags come with a cover? This year we made everything a la carte. Your bag is priced for the bag alone, allowing you to pair all your favorite covers together anyway you like. Covers are always $22 and are reversible.
Will my covers work on any bag? No, if you have an urban bag, you'll need the urban cover and so forth.
If I am giving them as a gift, and they want another size- are they exchangeable? Yes, we're glad to make sure you get the right size. While they are not refundable, they are always exchangeable, here's how it works. The bag and covers need to be in perfect condition to be exchanged with the tags attached. Often, your original shipping was free, if you received free shipping, we ask that you return your items any way you like, at your expense. Using USPS Priority would be the easiest since you'll have the box the set arrived in. We will then send your replacement set with the shipping billed at cost. We're not in this business to make money on shipping, we're in this business to make sure you're happy with your bag and covers.
You have a huge inventory, but what if what I need isn't in stock? We're great about keeping you informed about your order, you often get an email when we receive your order and when it ships. We'll share with you then if there's anything missing from your shipment. When we get our stock back in, we'll send you the missing piece, with free shipping.
I see you offer Microfiber and canvas bags-what is the difference? The original bags were canvas, this year they offered microfiber. Canvas is super durable and easy to clean, the new microfiber is perhaps sleeker and more shiny. Some bags are still available in both.
How do I clean my bag? Spot cleaning is recommended. Should you need a super clean up, the cleaning instructions are on the tags. Should you have lost yours, just email me and I can share with you their instructions.
My order is showing shipping charges even though I met the free shipping requirements- what's up with that? I'm no web page wizard, so I haven't figured out how to have it show for orders that are under the requirement and not for orders that meet the requirements, so you'll have to have to trust me, I'll remove the shipping before billing. We haven't missed yet, we won't be starting with you.
