The singles are a great way to give these a try- you will love them! I left the shipping on, but it will be removed if they are coming with something else. For $2.00 a package, you get TWO foam wedges with a non-removable sticky backing. Follow the directions on the package as to their placement about two finger widths from the heel and voila! They are now as quite as they are comfortable! The soft foam isn't an aggravation under your foot, it compresses down to be thin. Order a pair for every 'slap happy' pair of shoes you own. They come in black only. You'll want them for every pair of flip flops you own and to give to friends!
