. Big Dog Pearls These work best for mid to large sized dogs....like Maddie's 30 lb. frame and up. Her collar is 14" and these fits dogs well with a 14" and larger neck. They are the diameter of a dime, snowy white with pink seed beads between. The size adjustment comes only from the length of the ribbons and the ribbon is not changeable, they have a large 'D' Ring the ribbons connect to and you tie the knot where you like, leaving room to slip on and off. I like to tie a double knot in the bow. If you want to trim the ribbon, just cut and wave a match or lighter under the edge to keep the edge neat. Feel free to attach charms to the center bottom to hold Madame's bow at just the right angle. These pearls can be worn all the time, but don't attach a leash, and if her playmates rough-house, remove them so no one eats her accessories.
