SHIPPING CHARGES- Your final order will show shipping even if your order has qualified for free shipping. I am no web page wizard- so until I figure that challenge out, expect to see the shipping costs in print and that they will be removed before billing- I PROMISE!
QUICK SHIPPING-We'll do our best to have on hand what you want, when you want it. We're pretty good about responding as soon as we get your order with what we have and what, if anything, we're missing. We'll send what we do have when ever possible, with free shipping if your entire order would have qualified. Those items that we maybe missing, we'll share with you when it will be heading your way and we'll pay the shipping to get it to you. You are not billed unless it ships.
WE DON'T ALLOW REFUNDS- BUT OUR RETURN POLICY IS LIBERAL-No exchanges on clearance items. If you need to make an exchange on regular priced items, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FIRST!!! I don't care for surprise packages. When you call or email me first, I can make sure that what you need in return will be available as soon as possible. In your package, please treat me like a four year old, tell me in a note who you are-what you're returning-what you want sent-and where it should be sent back to. Your return items need to be in perfect resell able shape and in the original packaging. We'll ask you to ship your item back any way you like, at your cost. We'll cover the shipping if the challenge was our mistake or if the item was flawed. If that's not the case, we'll ask you to cover the return shipping costs, which we can bill to your credit card you used to place the initial order.
FREE SHIPPING-Free Shipping is USPS Priority mail sent with in the Continental US-NO rush shipping is available. Each product has it's own requirement for free shipping:
SWITCHFLOPS- we offer free shipping for a sole and any two tops, or three tops alone.
ONESOLE-Orders enjoy free shipping for a set which is a sole and three tops or three tops alone, all regular priced.
MAGGIEZ- is much like SwitchFlops, put you can throw in a button in place of a strap and still score free shipping.
REVERSE-A-PURSE-Is a bag and two covers or two covers alone.
PRIVACY POLICY- ArtWare is committed to protecting your privacy. We will be collecting personal information when you visit our site. We will keep them in a secure manor which allows us to be PCI certified. We will never sell or otherwise make available your personal information to any outside source. We will be using your email and contact information to send you email-blasts about new products and specials at ArtWare. These will always have an opt out option in case you decide you wish to receive no information in the future.

Our system encrypts all of your credit card information and personal information so that it can not be read over the internet or accessed through our system. We do not store credit card numbers.
