We ask that if you need to make an exchange that you first email us first at ArtWareDesigns.com.
By doing that, we can tell you first if your item is available and hold it for you.
We’ll then ask you to return your item the easiest way for you. After our receipt of the item, we’ll mail your new item. We ask that in addition to any new charge- or refund that you reimburse us the shipping at cost.
I’m sorry that we do not do any International Shipping at this time
