SHIPPING CHARGES – Spend over $50 and your shipping is free – with the exception of a few bulky items, like our flip flop door mats – which have a flat $10 Shipping cost. We do not offer expedited shipping or any other brand of shipping. We don’t have the man power to send out someone to FedEx or UPS for overnight, and, being on an island, we have unusual pick up limitations. Thank you for understanding.
WE DON’T ALLOW REFUNDS – BUT OUR RETURN POLICY IS LIBERAL – No exchanges or refunds on clearance items. If you need to make an exchange on regular priced items, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FIRST!!! We’re not fans of surprise packages. When you call or email me first, I can make sure that what you need in return will be available as soon as possible. In your package, please, tell me in a note who you are – what you’re returning – what you want sent – and where it should be sent back to. Your return items need to be in perfect resell able shape and in the original packaging. We’ll ask you to ship your item back any way you like, at your cost. We’ll cover the shipping if the challenge was our mistake or if the item was flawed. If that’s not the case, we’ll ask you to cover the return shipping costs, which we can bill to your credit card you used to place the initial order. If you make a return and want credit on you charge card – you will be credited the amount less the cost of the original shipping.
FREE SHIPPING – Shipping is billed at cost. Spend over $50 and your shipping is free – except bulky items like the flip flop door mat for $10. This will cover USPS regular mail for items under 13 oz. and Priority Mail for items over 13 oz in total. We do not offer expedited shipping or any other brand of shipping.
