Our policy is that we want you to be happy~

We ask that if you need to make an exchange that you first email us first at ArtWareDesigns.com. By doing that, we can tell you first if your item is available, and hold it for you, or give you all of your options.

We’ll then ask you to return your item the easiest way for you. After our receipt of the item, we’ll mail your new item. We ask that in addition to any new charge- or refund, that you reimburse us for the second shipping at cost.

Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping- Our first priority has to be our store front, and often we do not have the packaging or time to leave the store to get a package to a shipper. Thanks for your understanding.

Bulky Items: There are several products that are too large or heavy to include free, or $5 shipping. For these items you will see notes about shipping with the product.

Promo codes: We tend to be a good deal ALL the time, but on the rare occasions where we have a coupon code. We need it entered before concluding an order. We can not add it after an order has been placed. If you are missing a code- email us at ArtWareDesigns@aol.com for promo code help.  Email sign up codes give a ONE TIME 10% discount on the first order only, and ONLY on full priced merchandise.

We ship USPS– you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your package, but please understand, the USPS tracking is not as precise as UPS or Fed Ex- but their great pricing allows us to ship to you.

We’ve only ship in the Continuous USA.

Shipping to Canada: I was raised in Rochester, NY. we loved going to Toronto for dinner, plays and weekend trips. I love Canada, but we’ve found shipping to Canada can bring many challenges. If you find something you’d like, you won’t be able to enter a Canadian address on the check out page. We can, however, have you send us an email to ArtWareDesigns@aol.com with the items you’d like, your full address and phone number. We’ll email you with a shipping estimate, and a total amount for your purchase. If you approve, we’ll ask you to call the shop and we’ll process your order over the phone. Our treat for you, is that we’ll often give you a shipping credit towards the crazy shipping amount. National boarders shouldn’t stand between friends, and fun stuff.
