If an item doesn't meet your expectations- please send us an email to ArtWareDesigns@aol.com.  Return the item in 100% resalable condition in the way best for you. Once your item is received, we'll issue you a credit for the product value, minus the shipping, if not a free shipping item. Please email before you mail your return so we have advance time to reserve your replacement for you.
